At Chronicles Counseling, I offer a safe, supportive space for high-achieving people, therapists, and helpers to slow down, tune in, and take back the wheel.

Using trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy like EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS), we’ll uncover what’s been driving the anxiety, perfectionism, body image struggles, or burnout — and gently help you reconnect to your inner clarity, peace, and power.

    • IFS (Internal Family Systems) is like discovering the "team" inside your mind—each part has its role, like protecting you or carrying past hurt. With therapy, you learn to listen to them and bring them together for healing and balance.

    • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) is like helping your brain work through the tough stuff by using guided bi-lateral movements. It helps you process past pain and let go of its hold, so you can move forward feeling freer and more at peace.

As your therapist, I’m dedicated to helping you uncover the root of what’s holding you back, so you can experience true healing and lasting peace

I use evidence-based therapies like EMDR (and IFS) to break through trauma, disordered thoughts, anxiety, and self-worth struggles.

A little about me, I’m warm, empathetic, solutions-focused, and always up for a good laugh (when the vibe is right!)

As a Christian, if faith is a source of strength for you, I’m happy to weave scripture and faith-based rituals into session.

Above all, I’ll be in your corner, no matter what season of life you’re navigating.
